Daniel and his team have cone to our rescue twice. Both times they were great. Even worked came after hours to replace our water heater. We won’t use anyone else for our home.

Today we had Trident Plumbing come out to our home today to fix our toilet that was leaking quite badly. Schuyler contacted me by phone to let me know that he was on his way. He followed up with a text message introducing himself, with his picture. In this day and age I thought that was a wonderful idea. So not only did I know Schuyler was on his way, but I also knew what he looked like for safety reasons. It turned out that our toilet was actually cracked, and we opted to replace it. Schuyler took the time to keep me informed every step of the way as he removed the old toilet and installed the new one, making sure I understood the process and answering my questions along the way. He was very nice, professional, skilled and the price was very reasonable. If you need a plumber, we highly recommend Trident Plumbing.

I had called an AC company for what appeared to me to be an AC related clog. The AC company could not clear it. I called Trident for the first time and Daniel came out and he clearly was an expert in his field. He was the most thorough and knowledgeable plumber I have ever encountered. He correctly diagnosed what the AC company had diagnosed incorrectly and then he fixed it right away. GREAT SERVICE!

When my undermount sink fell off the granite, I contacted a number of contractors and “pros” who couldn’t do the job correctly. We literally couldn’t use the kitchen sink for almost a week… and with a family of 5 that’s rough. You don’t really how great a working kitchen sink is until it comes crashing down less than 2 years after install. Daniel came in and fixed the undermount sink, fixed the poorly done adhesive job then redid it masterfully, replaced my leaking faucet, replaced my broken garbage disposal that cracked when the sink fell in on it, and then redid all the piping and water valves under the sink. He also reattached the water filter that I have connected under the sink.. and made the under my sink look like a work of plumbing art!After seeing the work ethic and attention to detail that Trident Plumbing put into this project, I have officially hung up my hat as a YouTube fix it guy when it comes to my homes plumbing. I wish I could give 10 stars.If you live in Little Elm or Frisco and need a plumber… call Trident.

Great service and very professional.

We had a leak in the wall of our guest bath. Daniel the owner and Master Plumber, and Schuyler, came out, identified, repaired and cleaned up after themselves quickly and professionally. They are neat and know their business and their rates are reasonable too. I highly recommend Trident.

I called Trident with a water leak at my shut off valve in the yard. They were on time, quickly found the leak, told me what to expect in expenses. They were on site around two hours. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the work performed and the price! I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs!

These folks are great! On time, reasonable, and very friendly.

Very prompt, responded quickly, sent picture without me asking so I knew who was showing up at my door. Affordable did not over charge like most places and I called a few, they came and did job with good communication and great conversation. Definitely will use again and recommend to all friends.

I’ve used Trident Plumbing on two separate occasions. One time was to replace a toilet and the second was to repair a leak. Steven showed up on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They tell you the repair cost over the phone and do excellent work.

Schuyler and Evan were fantastic! Our front clean out was inaccessible and they had to go on the roof to clear our bathroom drain. Super easy and personable/professional gentleman. They had it done quickly and cleared the drain completely. Also gave info on how to prevent future clogs and ways to help maintain. Will definitely use them in the future if we have need!
