Y’all replaced our 2 water heaters since my 15-yr old ones finally died. You guys definitely have my business …. and thankfully now I have hot water! 💦💦

I highly recommend this company. It’s owned by a great guy who knows his stuff. Him and his team have cone to my house 2 times for plumbing under my kitchen sink and to replace my water heater. Each time they were so efficient and knowledgeable. They stayed passed business hours to make sure we were taken care of. I won’t use another company ever again.

Steven Jones with Trident Plumbing were absolutely amazing. Steven was extremely knowledgeable, professional, diligent, patient with my gas leak. Even though it took a while to diagnose the problem, Steven kept at it until he found and resolved the problem. I strongly recommend Steven and Trident Plumbing for any plumbing issue!

Very hospitable and knowledgeable. Were very up front and honest about preventative care and pricing. Genuinely seemed to care about what they were doing even though it was a simple problem. Daniel even showed our son the camera in the pines which he thought was cool. Came out same day and fixed everything! Very highly recommend them!!! We could not shut off the water in a shower and suspected that it was a broken cartridge. Daniel replied quickly to my text (outside business hours), advised what to do for the time being and then fit me in at the end of the next work day so my family would not have to deal with the water being turned off to the house. He arrived on time, fixed the cartridge quickly and answered all my questions. We will use him for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Daniel and Trident Plumbing were a pleasure to deal with. They were up front with pricing, professional with their work, super friendly, and did a great job completing the work at a reasonable price. Great service, even called to ask if it was ok to come earlier then scheduled time. Most places wouldn’t do that. Schuyler was real knowledgeable and explained all options and even gave some recommendations for up keep. Most honest ,price competitive, efficient, plumber I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.He quotes for the job. Any issues no seen are covered. Do to broken water pipe found while replacing PRV value, my job time extended by more than two hours. Two workers @170.00 per hour. I ask why price did not increase? I QUOTE THE JOB. The broken pipe was scheduled to be replaced.

I recently filed a Home Warranty claim on my washing machine drain backing up. Trident Plumbing was who the warranty company sent. I did not pick them on this job, but will be using them again! Schuyler was the tech that came out and was very informative and updated me every step of the way. They had to access the roof as part of the job and actually trimmed my tree that had branches hanging over the roof. And took the limbs with them! What an amazing bonus that was not a requirement of the job. They just did it because it was the right thing to do. This should tell you something. Would recommend and will use again.

We received excellent and professional service for a clog in our kitchen sink. Several options for repair were offer with detailed explanations and fair prices. We especially appreciate the friendly and courteous service we received. I would highly recommend this company for ANY plumbing needs.

We contacted Trident Plumbing when our Rinnai tankless water heater was having difficulty in gas ignition. Schuyler from Trident Plumbing was helpful in explaining about the service charges and process involved. He called Rinnai – Figured out the issue and got new part from Rinnai shipped to Trident and came back for installation with in couple of days.We are happy with the service and certainly recommend.

I could not recommend these people enough. After being quoted a high price for a gas line replacement by another company, Trident came in at half the price and double the customer service. They took the time to explain things and made sure I didn’t have any more questions before the work started.
