I have been using Daniel for the past 3 years. When my undermount sink fell off the granite, I contacted a number of contractors and “pros” who couldn’t do the job correctly. We literally couldn’t use the kitchen sink for almost a week… and with a family of 5 that’s rough. You don’t really how great a working kitchen sink is until it comes crashing down less than 2 years after install. Daniel came in and fixed the undermount sink, fixed the poorly done adhesive job then redid it masterfully, replaced my leaking faucet, replaced my broken garbage disposal that cracked when the sink fell in on it, and then redid all the piping and water valves under the sink. Trident Plumbing was a true life saver today. Most plumbers took advantage of the opportunity and quoted $4,000 to $7,000 for the repair and $385 for locating the source of the leak. I got Daniel’s contact from a co-worker when my water heater failed and leaked all over my garage. Even though he was working other jobs until 6pm, he came out to my house and bypassed the busted water heater and hauled off the old water heater. He then fit a spot in for me on Saturday morning, instead of making me wait over the weekend. He was already booked up with jobs for Thursday and Friday. He did not charge any off hours premium either.When he came out to replace the water heater, he even rerouted the gas supply to put it in a more convenient location towards the front of the water closet. He drilled through the exterior wall to add a drain line for the drain pan hose, in case it ever leaks again. He also added mortar around the new drain, PVC, and the existing pressure relief line, which was just sticking out of the brick, to seal them. He added insulation around the cold and hot supply lines as well.This guy is a high quality plumber that is going to do things properly. Everything he did was neat and clean. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

We noticed water leaking from our water heater and asked people in our area who to call. Trident Plumbing was the most recommended plumber so we gave them a call. We were not disappointed. Daniel was in our area and came by to check out the leak. He was able to troubleshoot the problem, identify a fix and get the leak stopped without overcharging us or recommending more than what we needed right now. It’s not easy to find someone in business that works to give customers what they need rather than what makes them the most money. The hot water heater went out (it was about 14 years old). I called Daniel and after looking at it, he recommended a new unit because it was so old and would need more repairs down the road anyway.Having a cold shower in the early spring is quite rough!!! It needed to be replaced.We have a home warranty, so I called them, and they sent their plumber out, but they were super high priced because they mark up their services significantly – it would have cost me a lot of money out of pocket.So I called Trident Plumbing back – they gave me a very fair price and luckily was able to get it installed that evening. It is a 50 gallon gas hot water heater with a good warranty both on parts and labor.Now the house has hot water again, and everyone is happy.The installation was top notch. All the pipes were routed properly, it was brought up to code (needed an expansion tank and a gas sediment trap). When the job was done, they cleaned up the area and you would never know they were there except for the shiny new hot water heater in the garage.A few days later, I actually ran into Daniel again at Lowes while I was looking for some parts for a simple plumbing fix. He told me exactly what I needed (the part cost around $2), and within a few minutes of getting back to the house, the leak had been fixed. I bring this up because some plumbers will tell you it will cost a lot of money to do and try to sell you on an expensive service. If you’re looking for a good plumbing company in the Frisco, Little Elm, McKinney area, give Trident a call. They are honest , upfront and good at what they do.

Called Trident when Coserv technician could not turn my water heater gas line back on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trident Plumbing. Schuyler Simons, our technician, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the sewer odor we had in our laundry room and fixed it “to code”. He added a P-trap and increased the size of the drain pipe which was not installed correctly by the handy man we had previously hired to move the plumbing to allow for our new washer/dryer. Schuyler was upfront about the work needed and the pricing which I found to be very reasonable compared to what other companies were quoting. My overall experience with Trident Plumbing was exceptional and can tell that they take great pride on hiring qualified licensed plumbers and they work they perform.
